If that describes you, you should have received an email inviting you to activate your website account. If you haven’t activated your account yet or aren’t sure if you’ve activated your account, you can fill out our form here
 
Once the form is filled out, we will review your application and email your login information within 24 to 48 hours. We recommend checking your spam if you do not receive an email in that timeframe.
 
If you are a Dot Foods broker or Mexico distributor, please continue to use the Dot Expressway. The features you need to have the best website experience aren’t ready yet. We will email you once we are ready for you to join the website.

Your username is the email address we have in our system. In most cases, the email address in our system is the one you use for work.
Our new website is currently available to Dot Foods Canada, U.S., and international foodservice and retail distributors/wholesalers, suppliers, and national accounts. You can only log in if you have activated your account and set your password. You can activate your account by signing up here
 
If you have already activated your account, please make sure you do the following to log in:
 
  • Use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge as your web browser.
  • Visit www.dotfoods.com. We recommend bookmarking the site, so you can return to it easily.
  • In the top right corner, click "Sign In" or "Shop Online."
    • If the link says "Shop Online," you are already logged into the website and can access it by clicking the link.
    • If the link says "Sign In," proceed with the instructions below.
  • Click the SIGN IN button for DotFoods.com/Shop. 
  • Enter your email and username.
To reset your password, go to www.dotfoods.com/shop and click “Forgot Password” below the SIGN IN button.
