Use the information below if you have any questions or issues with accessing or logging in to the Dot Foods Shop website.
All Dot Foods business partners are eligible for a Shop account.
 
If you haven’t activated your account yet or aren’t sure if you’ve activated your account, you can fill out our form hereOnce the form is filled out, we will review your application and email your login information within two business days. We recommend checking your spam if you do not receive an email in that timeframe.
 
If you would like to order products by becoming a Dot distributor partner, fill out our form here.
 
If you would like to make your products available through Dot as a supplier partner, fill out our form here.
If you are a U.S. or Canada Dot Foods distributor, national account operator, supplier, buying group, broker, or self-distributing retailer partner, you can sign up for a digital account here. If you are a Dot partner outside of the U.S. or Canada, please click the blue icon in the bottom right to work with our Website Support team on getting your account set up.
 
Once the form is filled out, we will review your application and email your login information within two business days. We recommend checking your spam if you do not receive an email in that timeframe.
In most cases, the email address in our system is the one you use for work. If that doesn't work, contact us here to get help.
Shop is only available to Dot Foods business partners. You can only log in if you have activated your account and set your password. You can activate your account by signing up here
 
If you have already activated your account, please make sure you do the following to log in:
 
  • Do not use Firefox as your web browser. We recommend Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
  • Visit https://www.dotfoods.com/shop. We recommend bookmarking the site, so you can return to it easily.
  • Enter your email and password to log in.
After you enter your email address on the sign-in page, click the “Forgot password?” link under the SIGN IN button.
 

 
On the next page, click the SEND EMAIL button. You will then receive an email with a button to reset your password. Your password must:
 
  • Be at least 15 characters
  • Include lower- and upper-case letters
  • Have at least one number and symbol
  • Not contain part of your username, first name, or last name
  • Be different from your previous passwords
