If you haven’t activated your account yet or aren’t sure if you’ve activated your account, you can fill out our form here. Once the form is filled out, we will review your application and email your login information within 24 to 48 hours. We recommend checking your spam if you do not receive an email in that timeframe.
You must be a Dot Foods Canada, U.S., Mexico, or international foodservice or retail distributor, wholesaler, national account operator, supplier, buying group, or broker to access our new website. If that describes you, you can sign up for an account here.

Your username is the email address we have in our system. In most cases, the email address in our system is the one you use for work.
Our new website is currently available to all Dot Foods business partners. You can only log in if you have activated your account and set your password. You can activate your account by signing up here.
