This work is felt across our communities, as Dot Foods Bear HR Manager Nakishia Bailey shared in a message to employees:

“You helped feed families.

You helped empower job seekers.

You helped seniors feel cared for.

You helped children experience joy, dignity, and hope.

Because of you, thousands of individuals and families were touched in 2025. And because of you, our charitable impact continues to be a source of pride, purpose, and unity.”

We couldn’t agree more—thank you to our employees for giving back in 2025! Without your dedication, none of the following charitable projects would’ve been possible:

  • Unlike most food donations, our Neighbor to Neighbor program lets local food pantries choose the products they need. Once products are selected, Dot Transportation makes the deliveries, and Dot employees unload items onto pantry shelves. In 2025, Neighbor to Neighbor donated $626,000 worth of products to 121 pantries. Dot Foods Canada also participated in the program for the first time.

  • Our company-matched fundraising campaigns raised $444,000 and $181,000 for local United Way and Alzheimer’s Association chapters, respectively.

  • Our STEM philanthropy program at our Dot Foods Mt. Sterling headquarters awarded $257,500 in grants and equipment to West Central Illinois schools.

  • We partnered with United Against Poverty to donate about 250,000 pounds of food, helping our Mt. Sterling distribution center reduce food waste by more than 90%.

  • After a devastating tornado in St. Louis, we donated $80,000 as well as products to the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis for disaster relief.

  • As part of our relocation to a new Dot Foods Calgary distribution center, Dot Foods Canada donated $25,000 spread across five local organizations.

  • Some of our largest donations of the year included $22,000 awarded to the Fort Mojave Mesa Fire District by Dot Foods Bullhead City; $20,000 to Communities in Schools from Dot Foods Cambridge City; and $15,000 to Thin Line Service Dogs from Dot Foods Williamsport.

To kick off 2026, we’ve launched a new philanthropy page where you can learn more about our charitable initiatives and grant application process. Check it out at DotFoods.com/Philanthropy.
