“Our company and our supplier partners share the same goal: to serve our mutual customers,” said Dot Foods President George Eversman. “The better we work together, the better we can serve these customers. Out of more than 1,000 suppliers, these 13 have really gone above and beyond.”

The Quality & Service Award has been handed out since 1998 to suppliers who deliver exceptional service, communication, and support to Dot. To qualify for the award, suppliers must meet criteria for inbound service levels, EDI implementation, loading efficiency, and more.
“We introduced a couple new requirements last year, making this award even harder to earn,” said Eversman. “But every new requirement we introduce is designed to improve our service to our mutual customers. These suppliers really rose to the challenge, and we can’t thank them enough for sharing Dot’s commitment to excellence.”
