MT. STERLING, Ill. - With the recent announcement of its cooler warehouse expansion, along with some of the highest weekly volume ever, Dot Foods is hosting a job fair to fill over 30 full-time and part-time warehouse order selector positions across all shifts in its dry, cooler, and frozen warehouses.

The job fair will be at the Knights of Columbus Hall, located on U.S. Highway 24 in Mt. Sterling, on Wednesday, August 28,2013 from 4-6 p.m. This is Dot Foods' first job fair aimed at hiring across all warehouse temperatures and shifts.

"We've never had a job fair open across all part-time and full-time positions in every warehouse temperature," said Dot Foods Warehouse Recruiting Manager Christina Crandall. "This is a great opportunity for people who may have been previously limited by scheduling conflicts with us. We have opportunities in a lot of different places."

The full time warehouse order selector positions being recruited for work 4 x 10-hour or 3 x 12-hour, day and night shifts on weekdays and weekends. All positions start in the pay range of $13.00-$16.40 per-hour, with full-time positions featuring competitive benefits.

Part-time candidates and college students are urged to attend to investigate the flexible scheduling options available part time in Dot's warehouses.

"We've had great success with scheduling flexibility to allow candidates, especially college students, to work with their schedule," Crandall said. "It's a great part-time opportunity to earn extra income."

Dot recently unveiled transportation options for some shifts in the Jacksonville and Quincy regions. For a payroll-deducted $5 per-trip, employees can cut back on commute costs by taking advantage of transportation to-and-from Dot provided by West Central Illinois Mass Transit District.

All full-time positions at Dot Foods and Dot Transportation include excellent employee benefits including health, vision, life, and dental insurance, 401k, profit sharing, and paid vacation. For more information about all of Dot's current career opportunities, visit
