Ardmore, Okla. - Dot Transportation Incorporated, one of the area's largest employers, is proud to announce the hiring of Jim Robertson as transportation manager. Western Region Distribution Center General Manager Rich Raham made the announcement.

"Jim brings a wealth of knowledge in both transportation and foodservice industries," said Raham. "From fixing trucks, all the way to managing operations, Jim has experience in everything in the industry."

Robertson joins DTI with over 24 years of transportation experience. He is a certified diesel mechanic, automotive mechanic, CDL Class A driver and has managed both hourly and salaried employees. Before joining Dot, Robertson was DC general manager for McKee Foods in Kingman, Ariz. Robertson enjoys the outdoors, hunting, fishing, golf and spending time with his wife, Christi, and their five children.

"I'm very excited about this opportunity to combine a lot of my previous experience into one job," said Robertson. "This is a great opportunity to become a part of a solid, growing company."
