MT. STERLING, Ill. - Due to continued growth and demand, Dot Foods is hosting a job fair Monday, April 29,2013 to fill 30-40, full-time, dry warehouse positions at its headquarters in Mt. Sterling. The job fair is located at the Knights of Columbus Hall, located on Route 24 West, from 4-7 p.m. and all qualified candidates are welcome to attend. The following positions are being actively recruited:

-Ten-hour night shifts from Sunday-Wednesday and Tuesday-Friday in the dry warehouse; with pay starting at $14.00 per-hour.Twelve-hour night shifts from

-Thursday-Saturday and Friday-Sunday in the dry warehouse; with pay starting at $15.40 per-hour.

"We're looking for individuals to fill three-day, 12-hour and four-day, 10 hour night shifts in our dry warehouse," said Warehouse Recruiting Manager Christina Crandall. "This is a great opportunity to come out and find a job that offers competitive pay, benefits and career growth opportunities."

More than 66 percent of all Dot managers are promoted from within the company. Founded in 1960 in Mt. Sterling, Dot Foods has never had a work-related layoff in the company's history.

Dot recently unveiled transportation options for some shifts in the Jacksonville and Quincy regions. For a payroll-deducted $5 per-day, employees can cut back on commute costs by taking advantage of transportation to and from Dot provided by West Central Illinois Mass Transit District.
