MODESTO, Calif. – Dot Foods’ Modesto distribution center employees spent early December celebrating the season. Dot held a children’s holiday party on Saturday, Dec. 3 at McHenry Bowl. Not to be forgotten, Dot’s employees celebrated their annual holiday party a week later on Dec. 10, with a night of dancing and entertainment. Almost 500 employees and guests ttended the parties, making this the largest holiday celebration in the DC’s history.

Dot employees and their families spent Dec. 3 bowling and an afternoon that included pictures with Santa. Children were given the opportunity to win raffle prizes, including gift cards, a Leap Frog Leap Pad, LalaLoopsy, Figit, Lego Ninjago and remote control monster truck. Dot also provided each child with a plush moose plastic tumbler with hot cocoa as a gift item.

“We are all fortunate this holiday season and to have the ability to come together and watch other families bond, our co-workers build relationships together and the children enjoy hemselves is truly a privilege,” said Becky Shokraii, Dot’s HR manager.

Guests attending the party on Dec. 10 danced the night away to the music of a live disc jockey, while enjoying a full candy bar, interactive games and platinum photo booth. In addition, guests were treated to a raffle and awarded prizes ranging from $50 gift cards to a 60” TV.
