The exterior dock is 48 inches high.

The exterior dock is able to accommodate 102-inch-wide trailers.

Powered unloading equipment (forklift, electric pallet jack, etc.) will be made available for Dot drivers to pull off and down-stack palletized product.

Roads are not restricted to vehicles under 80,000 pounds.

Legal parking and unloading zones are available to accommodate conventional trucks with 53-foot trailers.

Traffic right of way and/or red zone parking is not blocked when unloading.

Snow removal and sufficient repairs to the lot are provided if needed to allow drivers to safely navigate to the dock.

The warehouse has sufficient space to allow for continuous product separation by temperature and palletized breakdown by drivers.

Sufficient empty pallets will be provided to the Dot driver for product separation on the dock.
