To ensure your company will get value from our partnership, we thoroughly review your bank information and dock setup. Onboarding can be as little as two to three weeks, especially for distributors that notify their bank and trade references that they will be receiving a request from Dot Foods. But the process can often take longer if there are delays in receiving information about your company. We will do the best we can along the way to make onboarding as clear and efficient as possible.

Our products are also available to more than 50 countries. Instead of ordering directly from U.S. suppliers, receive products from multiple suppliers in your freight forwarder in as little as two days or have us pack a container to deliver to any port around the world. Learn more here.
You will be able to select from one of two payment options during onboarding.
- Use the Automated Clearing House (ACH) as an intermediary to make payments. ACH is the quickest, least manual process for all parties. Dot prefers a CTX transmission and is EDI compatible. All ACH types are accepted.
- We also accept payments via check. Please account for additional days that your check will be in the mail. Your on-time payment is based on our final receipt and processing of the check.
