From our employees to our customers, suppliers, and the communities where we operate, people are at the center of everything we do.
Because we value our people and understand the importance of having numerous perspectives at the table, we involve a community of Dot employees and partners across the nation in our diversity and inclusion (D&I) efforts.
The impact of this work is clear: We continue to increase our diverse talent, develop more inclusive leadership, and cultivate an environment where everyone can thrive.
