Dot's Executive Leaders
Dick is the 12th child of Dot's co-founders. He joined the family business full-time in 1991 and served as president from 2017-2023 before becoming CEO. He is on the Dot Board of Directors and the company's strategic planning committee.
George started working for Dot in 1995 as a business development manager and served as executive vice president of business development and retail for 10 years. He became president of the company in 2023.
Brian joined Dot in 2017 as chief information officer (CIO). He has over 30 years of experience and is responsible for the leadership of all technology resources to help deliver on our partner goals.
In 2002, Cullen joined Dot as a district sales manager. He served as vice president of sales and marketing from 2016-2023. As Dot's executive vice president, Cullen leads sales, marketing, and business development strategies across all channels.
Mandi began her career at Dot in 2006 and served as director of customer service and development from 2017-2023. As vice president of human resources, she upholds our high standard for staffing, benefits, wellness, and inclusion and diversity.
Matt started his career at Dot in 1996 and led our Human Resources team from 2008-2023. As vice president of distribution centers, he oversees operations at all our distribution centers and is responsible for occupational health and safety.
Since 2008, Chris has held various roles across both Dot Foods and Dot Transportation, Inc. In 2023, he became Dot's vice president of warehousing, putting him in charge of our corporate warehouse strategy.
Lydia has held several roles since joining Dot in 2007, including director of customer service and development and senior director of benefits and compensation. In 2023, she made the move to vice president of replenishment.
Jeff joined Dot as the vice president of quality and training in 2006. He oversees continuous improvement efforts, employee development, and quality management.
Jeff leads the various teams responsible for Dot's Foodservice and Convenience Sales. Jeff has held several sales management positions since the start of his career with Dot in 1999.
Martin joined Dot in 2018 and is now our General Counsel. He has over 20 years of legal experience. Today he leads the legal, tax, regulatory, and insurance work for Dot and Dot Family Holdings.
