Joe is the 11th child of Dot's co-founders RT and Dorothy Tracy. He joined Dot in a full-time capacity in 1987 and has served as CEO since 2017. Joe is also on the Dot Board of Directors.
Dick is the 12th child of Dot's co-founders. He joined the family business full-time in 1991 and has served as president since 2017. He is on the Dot Board of Directors and the Tracy Family Council's facilitator.
Anita has served as the chief financial officer (CFO) since 2017 and oversees all financial-related activities and departments for Dot. She began her Dot Foods career in 2008 in our Credit department.
Brian joined Dot in 2017 as chief information officer (CIO). He has over 30 years of experience and is responsible for the leadership of all technology resources to help deliver on our partner goals.
George has served as executive vice president since 2013. He oversees our supplier relationships and retail sales team. He started working for Dot in 1995 as a business development manager.
John has been in his role as senior vice president of warehouse since 2000. He drives strategies for our U.S. and Canadian distribution centers (DCs). He started working at Dot in 1986 in sales.
Cullen has been in his current role since 2016 and leads the strategies within the sales, international, marketing, and e-commerce departments. In 2002, he joined Dot as a district sales manager.
Matt has led the Human Resources department since 2008. He upholds our high standards for staffing, benefits, wellness, and diversity. He started his career at Dot in 1996 as a district sales manager.
Jeff joined Dot as the vice president of quality and training in 2006. He oversees continuous improvement efforts, employee development, and quality management.
Bryan was promoted to his current role in 2017, but his talents were discovered years earlier when the company he was working at was acquired by Dot. He officially launched his Dot Foods career in 2000.
Jeff has managed Dot’s relationship with our largest foodservice accounts, buying groups, and c-store customers to identify growth opportunities and efficiencies since 2017. He joined Dot in 1999.
Martin joined Dot in 2018 as our vice president of legal. He has over 19 years of legal experience, and today he leads the legal, tax, and insurance work for Dot Foods and Dot Family Holdings.
Paul started working at Dot Transportation, Inc. (DTI) in 2001 and has been in his current role since 2008. He oversees our entire transportation affiliate.
