Chairman of the Board
Pat Tracy was elected to the Board in 1976, and was named Chairman of the Board in 2002. He has been with the company since 1973, working in all aspects of the business. He was named vice president of marketing in 1978 and president in 1985. He served as CEO from 1996 to 2006. Pat is a member of numerous industry, civic and church organizations. He currently serves on the Boards of US Bank and IL-MO Products Company. He received an MBA from the University of Illinois.

John Tracy succeeded Pat Tracy as Chief Executive Officer in 2006. Prior to that, John was president of Dot Foods. He joined Dot in 1980 and has held several positions throughout the company in sales, marketing and operations. John received a degree in Business Management from Colorado State University and an MBA in Finance from Memphis State University. He currently serves on the Boards of the Katun Corporation, OPAA and Youth in Need.

Joe Tracy was named Chief Operating Officer in 2007 and president of Dot Foods in 2008. Prior to that, Joe was Executive Vice President of Operations. He started his career at Dot in 1987, and has held positions in sales, purchasing, warehouse operations and transportation. Joe received a bachelor's degree in Business from Colorado State University and an MBA in Corporate Finance from the University of Memphis. Joe also owns Tracy Holdings, LLC, which operates two hotel properties in west central Illinois.

Jill Kanin-Lovers is senior vice president, human resources of Avon Products,
Inc. Before joining Avon, she was vice president, global operations, HR
at IBM. Prior to IBM, she was senior vice president, worldwide compensation and
benefits, at American Express. She is chairperson of the Advisory Board of
Catalyst, an organization working to advance women in business. She also serves
on the Board of Directors for Alpharma, a global pharmaceuticals company. Jill
has been recognized by HR World magazine as one of the Top 50 Global HR
Leaders. She received an MBA from Wharton Business School.

Jerry Ritter is the retired CEO of the St. Louis Blues and the retired chief
financial/administrative officer and senior vice president of Anheuser-Busch.
He is on the Boards of Brown Shoe Company, Automobile Club of Missouri, St.
Louis Family Office, Colliers Turley Martin Tucker, Cardinal Glennon Memorial
Hospital for Children and St. Louis Science Center.

Mike McKee is the president of McKee Foods Corporation, a family-owned company that produces Little Debbie snacks.
Mike was elected to Dot's Board in April 2006. With more than 20 years of experience in the food industry, Mike brings substantial expertise to the Dot Board. He is also on the Board of the United Way of Greater Chattanooga and a member of the President’s Advisory Council of the Grocery Manufacturers Association. Mike received a degree in Engineering from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from the University of North Carolina.

Jim Tracy is senior vice president/general counsel for Dot Foods and the Board's
Secretary. He serves on numerous Boards, including Brown County (IL)
State Bank, Loyola Family Business Center and Mt. Sterling Community Center. He
is a member of the Illinois Bar Association. Jim received a Bachelor of Science
in Business at Arizona State University. He received his Juris Doctorate from
Southern Illinois University.

Mary Tracy Sullivan started with Dot as an Outside Sales Representative in 1982.
She eventually became the Assistant Director of Operations at the Memphis
Distribution Center. Currently on the Tracy Family Council, she has served on
numerous Dot committees over the years. In 1989, Mary took a sabbatical to work
with Covenant House, a crisis shelter for runaway and homeless youth. She is
the current president of the Parish Council at her local Catholic parish in
Pleasantville, NY.
