We ship Dot products via FedEx, either to the distributor's warehouse, or directly to their end-user/operator customer.
Dot on Demand means distributors can easily and quickly fill special orders for all 7,000+ items Dot offers. This service allows the distributor to offer an expanded product offering without having to make a major investment in inventory. The distributor simply places a Dot on Demand order with us -- we take care of the rest.
- Orders are delivered in 1-4 days depending on location. Distributors can request shipment either to their warehouse or directly to their customer.
- Dot ships orders via FedEx Ground, generally the same day they are placed. Most distributors choose ground freight as their first choice but in emergency situations overnight delivery is available. We provide shipment tracking and proof of delivery.
- Dot is transparent - shipments to the distributor's operator customer will show only the distributor name on the shipping label. Dot Foods will not appear on the package.
- Dot helps the distributor set up internal processes to manage the program, including order entry, tracking and invoicing.
