ARDMORE, OK - Dot Foods, one Ardmore's largest employers, is working to keep up with demand spurred by nationwide growth, and will hire 15 warehouse workers and 20 truck drivers at a job fair at its Ardmore Distribution Center this Saturday, August 11th.

"Dot Foods is growing nationwide, and that growth greatly benefits Ardmore," said Mike Ford, Dot Foods' Ardmore Distribution Center Assistant General Manager.  "The fall season is the busiest time in the food business - schools are back in session, people go out to eat more, plus families are gearing up for the holiday season.  At Ardmore, we're expecting our busiest fall season ever."

"The growth at Dot is the fruit of many new initiatives that we've been working on for the past few years," said Dick Tracy, Dot Foods Executive Vice President of Foodservice.  "We are adding new customer segments, expanding the products we carry, and growing our core business.  We added a fourth "temperature" - warehouse space and truck space kept between 50 and 75 degrees so that we now offer our customers a full line of candy products.  All this activity means we're growing and hiring at many of our facilities, including Ardmore."
