MOUNT STERLING, Ill. - Dot Transportation Incorporated, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dot Foods, is proud to announce it has been named to the 2014 Transport Topics Top 100 Private Carriers list. The freight transportation industry publication ranked DTI's fleet of more than 1,000 tractors and 1,500 trailers No. 29 on the list for the second consecutive year.

Transport Topics 100 is an annual survey of the largest for-hire and private company motor carriers.  The list accurately and objectively documents the size and scope of the largest trucking operations and provides timely analysis of trends shaping the industry.

"We're proud of our fleet's consistent presence in Transport Topics' Top 100," said President of Dot Transportation Paul Mugerditchian. "It's recognition we value because every one of our employees works very hard to maintain a culture of safety and success."

With its high-level fleet, DTI is able to maintain one of the lowest driver turnover rates in the industry. The updated and well-serviced fleet is maintained by Dot mechanics and features some of the latest in transportation technology and efficiency.

Dot is currently experiencing tremendous growth and is looking to hire drivers at their nine distribution centers around the country. DTI offers competitive wages, benefits, home time and bonus incentives.
