Cambridge City, Ind. - Dot Foods, one of the area's largest employers, is partnering with ten local colleges to host a college education fair on Monday, July 30th. The college education fair will take place from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Dot Foods located at 14600 Gateway Road, Cambridge City, Ind., 47327. This event is free, open to the public and ample parking will be available.

"The local colleges and universities have really been great to us over the years," said Gina Ruffcorn, Human Resources manager at Dot Foods. "Our goal with this event is to bring all of our local colleges together under one roof and invite the community into our facility so they can learn more about all of the great education opportunities available right here in our area."

Recruiters from the following schools will be available to answer questions and give potential students and family members information about their schools.

  • Indiana University East
  • Earlham College
  • Indiana Tech
  • Purdue University College of Technology, Anderson
  • Western Governors University
  • Ivy Tech-Richmond
  • Indiana Wesleyan
  • Ball State University
  • DeVry University
  • Trine University

"We're excited about this event with Dot Foods," said Jennifer Dykiel, a recruiter at Indiana Wesleyan. "There are so many great local schools in and around Cambridge City, but part of the challenge with recruiting college students is getting in front of them to share our story and all the benefits of attending our school. Any time we can be a part of an event like this it's a win-win for everyone."
