Mt. Sterling, Ill. - Dot Foods, the nation's largest food redistributor, is proud to announce a total distribution partnership with Belgium-based BelPastry. Dot began shipment of BelPastry's variety of European freezer-to-oven Danishes, croissants and puff pastries on March 4, 2013.

"This is a great opportunity for us to offer very high-quality pastries from BelPastry," said Dot Foods Business Development Manager Stephanie Weiler. "Allowing us to handle total distribution of all less-than-truckload orders will allow them to utilize resources elsewhere while improving their U.S. footprint."

All LTL BelPastry orders will now be fulfilled by Dot through its weekly deliveries and one-case minimum.

"We're excited to grow our U.S. business through Dot Foods," said BelPastry CEO Ron Cardey. "This gives us an opportunity to allocate more resources toward getting out and selling our products while Dot handles our distribution."
