CAMBRIDGE CITY, Ind. - Gina Ruffcorn, human resource manager of Dot Foods' Cambridge City distribution center, recently was selected to be president of the Eastern Indiana Human Resource Association. The EIHRA is a network of human resource professionals committed to advancing the HR profession and recognizing it as an essential partner in developing and executing organizational strategy.

In her new capacity, Ruffcorn will conduct the business of the chapter, including presiding over all activities of the association's officers and directors, monitoring the use of chapter funds, chairing all chapter meetings and actively participating in State Council matters. She will serve a one-year term as president.

Ruffcorn also serves as a member of the boards of directors for Communities in Schools and the Easter Seals. In addition, she is co-chair of the Wayne County Area Chamber of Commerce Business Education Committee.
