Distributors can view and download reports showing their purchases from Dot, within the date range they specify. Reports include dollar, case and pound totals. Detailed SKU information is also available.
- Log on to www.dotexpressway.com, and under Purchase History, click on Submit Report.
- Choose the report type, date range and product line(s). Then click Submit Report.
- Log off the Expressway. You'll receive an email from Dot within a few hours to notify you that your report is ready.
- Log back on to the Expressway, and under Purchase History, click on View/Download Reports.
- Select the report, and click View. Then open up the file, which is in Excel.


Manufacturer direct reps and brokers can customize reports showing their customers' purchases from Dot within the date range they specify. Reports include dollar, case and pound totals. Detailed SKU information is also available.

- Log on to www.dotexpressway.com, and under Sales History, click Submit Report.
- Choose the state or states you cover. To select multiple states, hold down the Ctrl key and select multiple states.
- Choose the customers you want to run a report on.
- Choose the report type, either a summary report or detailed report.
- Choose a start date and end date, and then click Submit Report.
- Log off the Expressway. You'll receive an email from Dotwithin a few hours to notify you that your report is ready.
- Log back on to the Expressway, and under Sales History, click View/Download Reports.
- Find your report, and under Option, click View. Then open up the file, which will be in Excel.

- Log on to www.dotexpressway.com, and under sales history click on Submit Report.
- Choose the report type, date range, customers and suppliers. Then click Submit Report.
- Log off the Expressway. You'll receive an email from Dot within a few hours to notify you that your report is ready.
- Log back on to www.dotexpressway.com and under sales history click on View/Download Reports.
- Select the report, and click View. Then open up the file, which is in Excel.
